Youth Sports Expo Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 28, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of youthsportsexpo.com (the "Site"), operated by iEvents Media LLC d/b/a Youth Sports Expo ("Youth Sports Expo," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site Is (and Is Not) Right Now

The Site is currently informational. It lets you join our updates list, apply for an Ask YSE listing, request a sponsorship review, and contact us. It does not currently sell tickets, process payments, or create a binding registration for any event. Dates, venue, pricing, mission areas, and program details described on the Site are plans, not commitments, and are subject to change without notice until we say otherwise in writing.

When event registration opens, it will be governed by its own registration terms, which may include a separate participant agreement, liability waiver, code of conduct, and media consent. Using this Site does not, by itself, register you, your child, or your organization for any Youth Sports Expo event.

2. Who Can Use the Site

The Site is open to visitors of any age. We want families, including kids and teens, to look around and see what Youth Sports Expo is about.

Submitting a form (joining our updates list, applying for an Ask YSE listing, requesting a sponsorship review, or contacting us) is different: those forms are meant to be filled out by an adult, such as a parent, guardian, coach, program leader, or business contact, since that is who we will be corresponding with. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian submit the form, or review it with you first. We don't independently verify age on these forms; this is a representation you're making to us, not a technical restriction.

Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site.

None of this applies to actual event participation. When registration opens, a parent or legal guardian will need to complete registration and sign any required waiver on behalf of a participant under 18. That happens through a separate, dedicated process, not through this website.

3. Your Submissions

When you submit a form, you are representing that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to give it to us. You retain ownership of anything you send us, but you give us permission to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: responding to you, evaluating your application, and operating Youth Sports Expo. We are not obligated to respond to, publish, or act on any submission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' information
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our written permission
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization
  • Upload or transmit anything harmful, false, or infringing through the Site

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Youth Sports Expo name and marks, and the site design, belongs to Youth Sports Expo / iEvents Media LLC or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content or marks commercially without our written permission.

6. Third Parties

The Site may reference or link to third parties, including programs, camps, sponsors, vendors, creators, or other organizations. We do not control them, and listing or mentioning them is not an endorsement or guarantee of their services, safety practices, or conduct. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them.

7. Future Events: Assumption of Risk

Youth Sports Expo events are expected to involve physical activity, sports skills instruction, and similar hands-on experiences for children and adults. Participation in physical activity always carries some risk of injury, however careful everyone is. If and when you or your child register for or attend a Youth Sports Expo event, you will be asked to review and accept a separate, specific waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement before participating, and that document, not this one, will govern event participation and injury-related risk. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and you are solely responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for you or your child.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT (INCLUDING DATES, PRICING, OR PROGRAM DETAILS) IS CURRENT OR ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUTH SPORTS EXPO, IEVENTS MEDIA LLC, AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO A SEPARATE EVENT WAIVER YOU SIGN, WHICH WILL STATE ITS OWN TERMS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Youth Sports Expo and iEvents Media LLC from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at Hello@YouthSportsExpo.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Youth Sports Expo agree that it will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Fairfield County, Connecticut, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought as a class, consolidated, or representative action. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Youth Sports Expo grows, particularly once registration and ticketing open. We will post the new effective date here when we do; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
